Our community proudly participates in the Build for CT program, an initiative designed to provide high-quality, attainable housing for Connecticut’s workforce. This program offers select apartment homes at reduced rental rates to qualified residents, helping make modern living more accessible without compromising on comfort or amenities.

Eligibility for Build for CT apartments is based on household income guidelines established by the program. Qualified applicants must meet specific income limits relative to household size and will be required to complete an additional application and verification process through the program after submitting a standard rental application.

Apartments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited. Upon approval, residents will enjoy the same community features and living experience as market-rate residents. At renewal, households will be required to re-qualify to remain in a workforce housing unit.
